TITANIC hit pair Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are striking back on big screen for a movie "REVOLUTIONARY ROAD" directed by KATE's husband and OSCAR award winner SAM MENDES. This picture is scheduled to be released this december and currently on sets.
The fact that KATE's husband as director has become a hot topic these days.
"this movie has a lot romantic scenes,and it's very frustating to act in my husband's direction",says KATe WINSLET
Even Leonardo DiCaprio expressed the same feeling.
SAM MENDES had directed many movies like AMERICAN BEAUY , ROAD TO PERDITION & JAR HEAD.
The present movie is based on a novel by RICHARD YATES written in 1961.
"This is a period drama, after TITANIC i wanted to act with DiCaprio in an excellent story,so i have to wait untill this.In this movie there are sorrow,beauty.The real value of truth can be understood through our roles.Our combination worked wonders in TITANIC, i bekive that the spark between us still exists", says KATE WINSLET.
She also agreed that DiCaprio and herself are good friends and he agreed readily to her proposal.
